What to have ready when you get in touch
A quote takes about a minute if you have these five things to hand. If your plan is still loose, call anyway - most groups book before every detail is settled.
- Your head count. The real number, including anyone who might join late. Every capacity we quote is passenger seats, not seats including the driver.
- The date and start time. Friday and Saturday nights go first, and formal season books months ahead.
- Your pickup suburb. One address is simplest, but we can collect from several stops on the way.
- Where you want to end up. A single venue, a pub route, or a loop around the city - all of it works.
- How many hours you need the bus. We book by time on board rather than distance travelled.
How a booking actually works
- You call or send the form with the details above.
- We check which of the seven buses in the fleet is free that night and match one to your group size.
- You get the total in writing before you commit - no booking fee and no per-head charge appearing later.
- You confirm, and the bus, the driver and the route are locked in for your date.
- On the night your driver arrives at the pickup point and stays with the group for the booked hours.
Where we pick up and drop off
We run across Greater Sydney - the CBD, the Eastern Suburbs, the Inner West, the North Shore, the Northern Beaches, Parramatta and the greater west out to Penrith, and the south west through Liverpool and Campbelltown. We also run further afield to Newcastle, Wollongong and the Hunter Valley for day trips and weekends. If your suburb is not on that list it is almost certainly still covered, so ask.
Questions people ask before booking
How far ahead should we book?
For an ordinary weekend, a few weeks is usually enough. For school formal season, New Year's Eve, Melbourne Cup and the run-up to Christmas, book as early as you can - those dates fill first and the larger buses go before the small ones.
Can we bring our own drinks?
Yes. Our buses are BYO friendly. Your driver will run through the ground rules when you board.
Can the bus wait while we are inside a venue?
Yes. Plenty of groups use the bus as a base for the night, with the driver waiting between stops. Tell us the plan and we will build the hours around it.
Can we change the route on the night?
Small changes are usually fine - talk to your driver. Big changes that add hours are best sorted before you book so nobody is surprised.
What if our numbers change?
Let us know as soon as you can. If the group grows past the capacity of the bus you booked, we will move you to a bigger one if it is free.
